Diane Drinnon is a native of Tennessee and a long-term resident of New York City. She holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University. Diane had a long career in financial services, including over 25 years of experience in treasury solutions and cash management with global financial institutions including Citibank, JPMorgan Chase, and HSBC Bank.
Diane has nurtured an interest in photography since she was a teenager. In 2009, she began studying photography more seriously, first by participating in workshops and classes through such venues as Maine Media Workshops and Vision Quest Photo Workshops. In 2015 and 2016, Diane completed the part-time Continuing Education and Advanced Continuing Education Track Programs of the International Center of Photography. In 2018, Diane opted to leave her career in financial services to pursue full-time study in ICP’s Creative Practices program, where she is currently a student.
